9. Weekend Charge fee of an additional THB 200 per day applies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
10. This special privilege excludes insurance coverage for Tire Coverage (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and other additional services. These can be purchased separately through www.hertzthailand.com or at Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
11. On the day of car pickup, the company will pre-authorize a deposit of 5,000 Baht on credit card, apart from paying the rental fee.
12. Fixed excess amount of THB 30,000 in the event of total loss from accident to rental vehicle.
13. This exclusive privilege is applicable for car rentals at all Hertz Car Rental (Thailand)

15. The privilege cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
16. In the event of reservation changes through the Call Center, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance, incurring a service fee of THB 200 per change. The company reserves the right to not refund in any case.
17. Conditions for returning rental cars to different branches: The Company reserves the right to deny returns to different branches for rentals of 3 days or less.

- For 3-4 day rentals, a service fee is charged based on the specified distance.

- Fees are waived for rentals of 5 days or more.

- Returning a car to a different Hertz Thailand location in Nan, Phitsanulok and Nakhon Si Thammarat is not available in all cases.
