1. Reservations: Subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. Reservations must be made via com using the specified Promo Code.
2. Payment: Valid only for credit card payments under the "Pay Now"
3. Included Privileges:
   • Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) - No deductible in case of accidents.
   • Tire Protection (TW) is included
   • Waived Weekend Charges (No extra fees for Fri, Sat, Sun).
   • 4-Hour Grace Period for Late Returns (Valid only when pick-up and return times are the same; please notify branch staff on the pick-up date).
   • One (1) additional driver.
   • Unlimited mileage.
   • 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).
4. Exclusions: This rate does not include Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or other optional extras. These can be purchased separately at the branch.
5. Liability: In the event of damage or total loss where a third party cannot be identified, a maximum excess of THB 30,000 may apply.
6. Pick-up/Drop-off: Vehicles must be collected/returned during branch operating hours. Additional fees apply for after-hours service.
7. Security Deposit: A credit card pre-authorization of THB 5,000 is required on the pick-up date for all vehicle models. The cardholder's name must match the driver's license.
8. Amendments: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance via reserve@hertzthailand.com. An amendment fee of THB 200 per change applies.
