Special Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The special offers are valid for car rentals at any Hertz Thailand location nationwide.
2. Included Privileges
• Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW – No Deductible)
• No Weekend Surcharge: No additional charges will be applied for rentals that fall on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
• Complimentary Extended Return: Vehicles may be returned up to 4 hours beyond the scheduled return time without incurring any additional charges.
(For example, when booking on our website, if you select 10:00 a.m. as your pick-up time and 10:00 a.m. the following day as your return time, it will be counted as a 24 hour rental period. A grace period of up to 4 hours is allowed for the return, so the vehicle can be returned by 2:00 p.m. without any additional charges.)
3. Exclusions
This special offer does not include the following optional coverages and services, which may be purchased separately via www.hertzthailand.com or at any Hertz Thailand branch:
• Tire Coverage (TW)
• Theft Protection (TP)
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
• Other additional services
4. On the day of car pickup, the company will pre-authorize a deposit of 5,000 Baht on credit card, apart from paying the rental fee.
5. Fixed excess amount of THB 30,000 in the event of total loss from accident to rental vehicle.
6. This exclusive privilege is applicable for car rentals at all Hertz Car Rental (Thailand)
7. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional sales programs.
8. The privilege cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
9. In the event of reservation changes through the Call Center, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance, incurring a service fee of THB 200 per change. The company reserves the right to not refund in any case.
10. Conditions for returning rental cars to different branches: The Company reserves the right to deny returns to different branches for rentals of 3 days or less.
- For 3-4 day rentals, a service fee is charged based on the specified distance.
- Fees are waived for rentals of 5 days or more.
- Returning a car to a different Hertz Thailand location in Nan, Phitsanulok and Nakhon Si Thammarat is not available in all cases.
